Returns and refunds
The company does not undertake to keep in stock all items shown on the website.
Our courier will deliver the shipment to you within 14 days from the time you ordered the product and the payment is approved.
After the order has been confirmed and entered, the company will verify the customer’s details with the credit card company. After the order is approved, notification will be sent to you.
Items can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. Returns are possible only if your item is in its original packaging, with the label attached to the item, unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the payment receipt or other proof of purchase.
After receiving your item we will examine it and notify you, by e-mail, that we have received the returned item. In the event a transaction is cancelled, the customer will pay the cost of shipping the product back to the company. If the return and credit are approved, as stated in the Refunds section, the company will credit the customer for the cost of return shipping.
